Management Team

Laurence Muzia

President

Larry is a NACE Certified Inspector, SSPC Protective Coating Specialist, SSPC National Convention Session Co-Chair, Contributing author in SSPC publication "Inspection of Coating and Linings." Chapter Past- Chairperson for NACE and SSPC. Contracted Independent Corrosion and Coating Consultant to many large companies and municipalities, such as Chicago Bridge & Iron, The Haskell Company, Siemens Westinghouse, FDOT, Progress Energy, Florida Power Corp., City of Orlando, Hazen and Sawyer Engineers, PBS&J Engineers,City of Palm Bay, Accord Pipe Co. Pelzello Iron Works and others.

Benjamin Muzia

Vice President

Ben has been active in the field for the past ten years since graduating from school.  He has attended the SSPC "Young Professional's" and Quality Assurance classes.   As one of Exceletech's Project Managers, he is dedicated to safety and quality.

Nolan Schaubert

Estimating Manager

Nolan is a 1984 graduate of New Iberia Technical School in Lousiana.   He has since worked in all levels of the painting field which has "fine-tuned" his ability to accurately estimate the cost of jobs.   He has proven to be most proficient in his work.

Todd Newman

Operations

Todd is a NACE certified coatings inspector and holds SSPC Q.C.S certification. Todd has over 20 years of hands-on experience with specialty coatings and linings and over 12 years in coatings management and quality control. Todd’s function within the framework of our company is to constantly visit our project sites and audit safety, quality, and production. As we typically have between 4 to 7 projects in process at any given time, Todd is usually at a project site or on his way to the next one.

Nick Muzia, P.E.

Project Engineer

Exceletech continues to expand into projects requiring specific technical and engineering skills.  As a 2009 Florida Atlantic University graduate in Ocean Engineering, and obtaining a Professional Engineer license in 2015, we have a valuable skill set unique to a restoration and lining contracting firm.

General Superintendents

Our superintendents have over 50 years of combined experience as professional industrial painters and superintendents. They are responsible for safety, quality, and scheduling.

The combined skills of our management and superintendents allow us to grow by demonstrating to our clients our professional approach from award to completion. We have attracted highly skilled employees and we sincerely value their contributions to our company.  Our general workload utilizes 25 to 30 personnel in the field.  We have a diverse employee base to include some of the best industrial painters you will find.
